Together, we strive to build a resilient community where healing and growth are accessible to all.Overview:Healing Sanctuary LLC is seeking Christian men and women who are fully licensed counselors to join our national private practice in various states. These counselors will provide services within their own states, supporting our mission of offering compassionate and faith-based support to clients across the United States.We are looking for compassionate, independent, and highly self-motivated men to join our team and deliver a holistic approach to counseling. Ideal candidates should be proficient in clinical counseling and open to integrating Christian counseling for clients seeking spiritual guidance. While expertise in Christian counseling is preferred, we welcome candidates who are willing to learn and embrace this approach.Responsibilities:• Provide telehealth outpatient services.• Provide mental health services to kids, adults, couples and families.• Conduct screening, intakes, and assessments; create treatment plans; provide clinically appropriate interventions to assist clients in reaching therapeutic treatment goals.• Maintain clinical documentation.• Comply with agency policies and procedures.• Conduct regular appointments with patients who wish to receive therapy with a licensed mental health professional.• Establish positive and trusting relationships with patients.• Implement various treatments and protocols to provide guidance and appropriately address patient situations.• Continually assess patient situations and provide the proper ongoing treatments.• Collaborate with the client(s) to create a treatment plan that outlines the therapeutic goals, strategies, and interventions to address the client's concerns and support their well-being. Regular reviews and updates to the treatment plan are required.• Educate and involve family members or other loved ones in the treatment process when necessary.• Record and maintain timely, adequate, accurate, and good notes about patient visits in our electronic medical record system.• When required, refer the patient to outside sources or agencies to better address their needs.• Maintain confidentiality of every client situation.• Maintain all required licenses and the appropriate insurance.• Implement couples counseling interventions and have experience working with couples and individuals.• Utilize Christian counseling principles when appropriateQualifications:• Active Licensed Counselor in your state• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.• Proficient computer skills• Familiar with EHR software• Familiar with individualized treatment planningPLEASE NOTE: To be considered for this position, please complete the one way interview questions on Indeed when you apply.
