AT&T is a global leader in communications and technology, seeking a Lead Consultant Prof Services ATC to design and implement wireless solutions for federal customers. The role involves managing wireless connectivity, ensuring compliance with security requirements, and providing operational support while leading innovative wireless programs.Responsibilities• Will be the Subject Matter Expert with a complete understanding of industry best practices, all relevant policies, and procedures as it pertains to the evaluation, configuration, installation, and advanced troubleshooting of all wireless network devices and networking equipment.• Requires knowledge of industry standard monitoring tools, protocol analyzers and cable testers to troubleshoot, diagnose and identify failing/failed networking components.• Will manage all facets of Enterprise and Organization Wireless connectivity in support of a federal customer, to include but not limited to Wireless Operational support policy development, providing inputs and guidance on all Wireless Reporting and Ticketing requirements. Such requirements include:• Capturing real time data usage on a daily and monthly basis and identifying sites that will/may exceed the monthly limit and force overage charge.• Providing monthly Availability reports that indicate that the LTE/FirstNet link is up and ready for use.• Providing outage reports showing when the link went down, duration, etc.• Reporting on relevant signal quality parameters (e.g. RSSI, SINR, RSRQ, RSRP, et.) to support incident reporting to customer, troubleshooting, and substantiate service improvements over time by addressing specific failure conditions.• Provide reporting on coverage changes that negatively or positively impacting existing sites (e.g. introduction of 5G or decrease in signal levels)• Operational monitoring responsibilities to include providing recommendations for endpoint monitoring (e.g. Mobility Signal levels, ability to transmit data, quality-of-transport (e.g. % packet loss, latency, jitter) as well as link transport monitoring.• Ensure that AT&T Wireless devices and support policies are meeting all FIPS High Security requirements and where required, gathering evidence to prove such support and compliance exists.• Provides guidance to AT&T Systems and Network teams to successfully report, ticket, and manage all Wireless services while maintaining the current and future Security posture(s) that AT&T is required to support.• Will be responsible for the updating, and the management of all Wireless Documentation ensuring policies are being updated and current. This includes but is not limited to all billing, and device inventories and reconciliations.• Supports innovation, strategic planning, technical proof of concepts, testing, lab work, and various other technical program management related tasks associated with Wireless programs as defined and required by the federal customer.• Responsible for translating Wireless business requirements into the final technical solution while keeping within Industry Best Practices and SLAs and SDRLs as defined by the federal customer.• Responsible for the review and analysis of Wireless requirements, works with senior team members on various projects to develop integrated plans to protect corporate assets and information technology, customers, assets, data, information technology, and networks, and administers security systems to support daily security operations.• Lead in the effort of providing fixed wireless best practice for implementation and continued operation ensuring optimal performance from Day1 and beyond.• Assists SBSS NOC in performing network diagnostics, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.• SME will lead efforts in wireless network planning, wireless network architecture design and engineering activities as well as providing Day 1 Operational support in support of the customer as defined by L3Harris.• Demonstrates awareness of global market and competitive trends and ignites change through innovation and transformation, thereby removing the “status quo” culture.• Builds trusted relationships across workgroups.• Makes decisions swiftly,
