Job SummaryProgressive Technology is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative to support our growing healthcare support division. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives—assisting them via phone and patient portals. You will be instrumental in delivering empathetic service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant data handling practices.
