The role involves evaluating clients' GIS landscapes, recommending migration strategies, and providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end GIS solution architecture and implementation for utility clients (Gas & Electric).• Evaluate client's current GIS landscape (e.g., geometric network, legacy systems) and recommend migration strategies to Utility Network.• Lead prototype and develop implementation roadmap, including effort estimation, resource planning, and commercial proposals for full-scale Utility Network deployment.• Conduct architecture workshops with client stakeholders to align solution vision, integration touchpoints, and technical feasibility.• Architect solutions using Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, ArcFM, and related technologies.• Provide technical leadership across project lifecycle – from planning and design to deployment and support.• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of GIS systems in multi-tier, multi-machine environments.• Support proposal development, client presentations, and pre-sales activities as needed.• Lead Technical and Functional design workshops with the customer.Skills• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
