We equip... them with essential tools and services to build a solid legal foundation.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesAs a Remote Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, comprising 30 to 45 nonprofit organizations. Your role will involve:• Working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (EST).• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients to address their unique needs.• Utilizing QuickBooks Online for recording, storing, and analyzing financial data.• Ensuring precision in financial records and postings.• Following all federal, state, and organizational policies and procedures.• Performing financial calculations such as amounts due, interest charges, and balances.• Reconciling financial records and promptly resolving discrepancies.• Executing general office tasks including filing, answering phone inquiries, and routine correspondence.• Maintaining accurate financial records using journals, ledgers, or computerized systems.• Actively listening to clients to comprehend their needs and providing logical solutions.• Collaborating effectively with team members and exhibiting consistency in repetitive tasks.Required SkillsTo thrive in this role, candidates should possess the following skills:• Proficiency in Intuit QuickBooks.• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.• Ability to flourish in a collaborative team environment.• Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.• Experience in writing and research, particularly in content creation, is preferred.• Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous.• A dedicated high-speed internet connection is essential.Qualifications• Candidates must reside in Georgia, Florida, or Tennessee.• Previous experience using Intuit QuickBooks is required.• A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.Career Growth OpportunitiesWe are committed to fostering your professional development.
