We’re seeking compassionate, knowledgeable Registered Dietitians who are excited about harnessing the power of plant-based nutrition to change lives—especially for individuals managing chronic health conditions.As part of our fully remote, mission-driven team, you’ll be a trusted RD—delivering personalized nutrition care, inspiring sustainable lifestyle changes, and supporting clients from all walks of life. Every day, your work will impact our clients' lives.Flexible Scheduling· You choose your working days (within our operating hours below) and· You choose your shift length: 3, 4, 5, or 6 hours per shift· Minimum: 30 hours per pay period (2 weeks)(Plan your mix of days and shift lengths to reach at least 30 hours every two weeks.)Schedule Requirements· Maximum 5 shifts per week· Availability for 2 Saturday shifts per month· Operate within these windows (PST):o Mon–Thu: 9 AM–7 PMo Fri & Sat: 8 AM–6 PM· Tuesday team meetings: 6:30 PM PST (Twice a month)· 1 on-call shift per week· PST hours requiredWhat You’ll Do· Perform in-depth nutrition assessments and design tailored action plans· Provide evidence-based Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) with a plant-forward approach· Offer clear, actionable education and resources to keep clients engaged and empowered· Manage your caseload with skill and efficiency while maintaining exceptional care quality· Collaborate closely with fellow RDs, your Program Director, and Supervising Lead, as well as other healthcare professionals, to create a seamless care experienceWhat we’re Looking For· Registered Dietitian (RD) with active CDR credentials· Experience delivering MNT for conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity, GI, CKD, GDM, Autism, and disordered eating, amongst many others· Strong knowledge of plant-based/plant-forward nutrition· Bilingual skills are a plus (not required)· Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced virtual environment· Ability to consistently work PST hoursRemote Work Setup Requirements· High-speed internet (20+ Mbps, hardwired preferred)· Hotspot backup· Dual monitors· Quiet, private workspaceNote: Meeting the 30 hours per pay period requirement is mandatory; your selected days and chosen 3–6 hour shift lengths should be planned accordingly.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 – 40 per weekBenefits:• 401(k)• 401(k) matching• Flexible schedule• Health insurance• Paid time off• Retirement planApplication Question(s):• How many hours per week are you looking to work?• If hired, when are you able to get started?• We are a plant-based practice.
