Crowd Strike is seeking a Sales Engineer to be part of a team responsible for changing what the security market and customers believe is possible with a next generation endpoint technology. This team partners with Sales reps to act as the technical voice in the sales process, including creating and delivering demonstrations, gathering customer technical requirements, creating evaluation test plans, and managing the evaluation process to a successful conclusion.We are seeking top talent in Michigan, Indiana or Ohio.What Youll Do• Articulate how current security solutions are designed and deployed, and why they are failing.• Work in a fast-paced environment on multiple engagements.• Create the processes for delivering technical product presentations and demonstrations.• Handle escalations to ensure the prospect and customers have the best experience with the Crowd Strike solution.• Work closely with sales leaders to ensure their sales team collaborate effectively with the Sales Engineer to deliver the best solution to prospects and customers.• Demonstrate leadership by enabling your team to be successful within the Crowd Strike organization.What Youll Need• Experience in endpoint or network security space – AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, etc.• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.• Ability to articulate complex security problems to technical and non-technical audiences at all organizational levels.• Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently.• Collaborative with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering; acts as the technical bridge between Crowd Strike and prospects/customers.• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to external audiences, including C-level executives.• Extensive contacts in the information security field and strong references.
