ResponsibilitiesRegional Marketing Director Opportunity -This position will support five (5) UHS behavioral health facilities in the Massachusetts market. This is a fully remote position and requires 50%-75% travel. The individual in this role will partner with facility CEOs and other facility leadership on strategies with the goals and objectives of each facility and identifies marketing mix based upon the overall marketing budget. This position serves as point-person for a specific set of facilities; is responsible for orchestrating, overseeing and liaising on all marketing and PR activities within the regional/local market, working in close collaboration with the internal Agency at UHS.Responsibilities:• Creates the marketing plan including digital media and paid media campaign concepts for assigned facilities in consultation with facility operations, team members, business development, and the agency.• Creates eNewsletter content. Maintains distribution lists for email marketing, ensuring that audiences grow. Administers facility’s email marketing outreach via Constant Contact.• Executes and monitors the plan for results including monthly reporting to leadership on results and actions taken to remediate when not at target. Monitors trending metrics including missed-call reporting on Analytics Dashboard, escalating where needed• Administers facility social media visibility by identifying and soliciting interesting content that brings facility culture to life. Captures, captions, posts and monitors. Engages Agency team for creative asset creation, as needed.• Regularly audits all digital footprints (ex: facility websites, Google My Business, social media accounts) at a minimum, weekly, to ensure accuracy and immediately resolve issues found during audits. Provide weekly report to leadership on what was audited, findings and actions taken. This would also include the websites and ensure all links and action buttons are working properly.• Ensures current and relevant content is developed and ready to deploy including facility-based content created by facility staff is accurate and fresh.• Collaborates with complementary Marketing functions to ensure alignment and integration.• Champions facility positive PR. Builds relationships and maintains local media list, pitches positive stories (aligning with Corp PR), orchestrates local events, promotes community engagement.• Ensures facility/network is leveraging all available channels, resources, vendor platforms, as relevant to operations and service lines. Spearheads consideration of new functionalities, as needed, to support evolving business demands.• Researches and stays attuned to what competitors are doing digitally to reach patients so facilities/network can stay relevant.
