We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in clinical chart auditing to join Midi Health as a Quality Auditor RN for a 6 month contract for 5 to 20 hours per week. This role is essential for maintaining our high standards of clinical quality and patient safety. The ideal candidate will leverage their clinical knowledge and auditing expertise to perform thorough chart reviews, ensuring adherence to protocols and contributing directly to quality improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities• Execute Chart Audits: Within the allocated weekly hours, complete the required volume of chart review audits per hour, strictly adhering to the established chart audit rubric and guidelines in the Chart Auditor Handbook.• Identify & Escalate Concerns: Promptly escalate concerning practice trends or issues with protocol adherence to the Quality Team Manager.• Contribute to Quality Improvement: If hourly chart audit goals are consistently met, you will have the opportunity to contribute to quality and safety data analysis and participate in improvement projects.• Resource Development: Assist in the development and ongoing improvement of auditing resources and guidelines.Requirements• Current RN license (Required).• Experience with chart auditing in a clinical setting (Required).• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills (Required).• Commitment to staying current on evolving workflows and clinical protocols (Required).• Experience teaching, precepting, or coaching, OR experience working on patient safety or quality improvement projects (Strongly Preferred).• Proficiency with G-suite, including expertise in Google Sheets (Strongly Preferred).• Fluency in written and spoken English.Work Schedule & Pay• Hours: 5–20 hours per week auditing charts (total hours worked per week are dependent on visit volume).• Structure: This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity and does not include company benefits.
