As an Agile Quality Assurance person, you will be doing the system study, prepare test cases and execute tests with automated test tools; criticize the developments and report bugs to the development team; audit browser and device apps for quality.Experience 3 - 4+ yearsResponsibilities:Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications using various testing techniques including automation, manual, regression, and performance testing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and customer support to ensure that software products meet high-quality standards and customer needs.Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, and other open-source automation tools.Design and maintain test environments, including setting up test data, configuring hardware and software, and maintaining the stability and security of the test environment.Report and track software defects using bug tracking tools and ensure that defects are resolved in a timely manner.Analyse and communicate test results and test progress to stakeholders including development teams, product management, and senior leadership.Continuously improve the testing process by implementing best practices, tools, and techniques to improve test coverage and efficiency.Participate in the Agile development process including Sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering or related field. 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.Experiencewith automation testing tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, JMeter, and other open-source automation tools.Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse and interpret complex data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experiencewith version control tools such as Git.Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Ruby is a plus.
