Join us and make a positive impact on the healthcare industry while advancing your career with a leading healthcare company.Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers in the Metro NY area Negotiate contracts with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality care for Aetna members Analyze and evaluate provider performance data to identify areas for improvement and negotiate appropriate contract terms Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative contracting strategies and solutions Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential providers and network expansion opportunities Stay current on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and inform business decisions Lead contract negotiations and manage all aspects of the contracting process, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts Serve as a primary point of contact for provider inquiries and concerns, and provide timely and effective resolution Develop and maintain knowledge of Aetna’s products and services to effectively communicate with providers and address any issues or concerns Build and maintain partnerships with providers to foster a collaborative and mutually beneficial relationship Monitor and track provider performance and maintain documentation of contract compliance Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by providers, and work to resolve any conflicts in a timely manner Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare contracting and provide guidance and support to internal teams as needed.Aetna is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
