The strategist will work closely with technology leads and functional subject matter experts to identify opportunities for digital innovation and ensure alignment with the company’s overall goals. This is a remote positionResponsibilities include but are not limited to:• Project Management. Manage project to meet the contractual requirements for a government statement of work (SOW) to include deliverables, licenses, key personnel, and processes. Apply ManTech’s defined PM rigor across various project life cycles to include new, existing and transitioning projects. This includes schedule management, risk management, stakeholder & team management, cost management, and documentation & deliverable management.• Agile Expertise . Apply appropriate PM / Agile methodologies based on size, complexity, project life cycle phases and development methods (e.g. SCRUM, spiral, etc.). Ensure project teams deliver Agile development artifacts (Project Sprint/Product/Release Backlogs, Burn-downs/ups, Team Velocity, RTM, etc) and execute standard agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Backlog Review, etc)• Collaboration . Identify, share and implement best practices across multiple internal DHS awarded component-level projects for a government blanket purchase agreement (BPA). Support a continuous improvement process by providing recommendations on improving products, services, and processes.• Stakeholder Communication . Support the development of leadership briefings, and present project status and health to both customer stakeholders and ManTech internal leadership. Minimum Qualifications:• 10+ years as a key project manager, business analyst, and developer on multiple IT Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects.• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Business.• Prior experience managing end-to-end federal government IT implementation background.• Functional knowledge of budget formulation and execution, DoD PPBE.• Familiarity with managing EPM / CPM applications.• Active PMP certification.• Agile Certification in either Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban• Jira expertise to include managing scrum board and Jira reports. Preferred Qualifications:• DHS IT Agile Project Management• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, IT, Computer Science, Finance, or Business• Implementation of OneStream application Security Clearance Requirements:• US citizenship with the ability to obtain a public trust Physical Requirements:• Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time• Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situationsThe projected compensation range for this position is $97,300.00-$161,700.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
