This job requires a person who remains professional, organized, collaborative, task, and detail oriented, timely, and thorough.Responsibilities:• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.• Oversee all aspects of field operations, including site assessments, installations, testing, and commissioning.• Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.• Foster strong, collaborative relationships by providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and exceeding expectations for quality and performance.• Manage field personnel and subcontractors, ensuring they have the necessary tools, equipment, and training to execute project tasks effectively.• Coordinate with internal departments to allocate resources efficiently and optimize project outcomes.• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that installations and configurations meet industry standards and client requirements.• Adhere to regulatory compliance guidelines and safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, change orders, and completion certificates.• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the original plan.• Other duties assigned within reason of current role previously specified. Specific day to day duties:• Create and Submit Weekly or Bi-Weekly Meeting Agenda• Lead Weekly or Bi-Weekly Meeting Agenda• Create and Submit Meeting Minutes• Create and Submit Weekly or Monthly Reports• Verify Monthly Man Hour Reporting• Forecast Labor, Vendor and Subcontractor Costs, and ODCs• Maintain Project Budget and WIP• Conduct Subcontract Negotiation, Issue, and Maintain Purchase Orders• Invoicing of Customer and Approving Subcontractor Invoices• Submission of Deliverables and Invoicing in RMS• Attend Kick-off, Site Survey, Progress or Quarterly Site Visits w/ CEHNC, PVT• Review of SVAPP, APP and Assist with AHAs as necessary• Create and Submit QASP• Submit and Maintain Project Schedule• Create Milestone / Progress Payment Schedule• Track Drawing Package w/ Engineering.• Review and Submit Deliverables• Create and Submit RFIs, ECPs, and REAs• Create Service Orders and Maintain Service Order Log• Schedule Customer Training Maintain Sign-offs• Review and submission of As-built Drawings• Submission of O&M Manuals• Submission of Cybersecurity Artifacts• CPAR Self-Assessment• Final Invoice and RoC• Create and Submit Letter of Warranty• Track Warranty ClaimsQualifications• High School or GED diploma required• 3 + year’s experience as a Project Management, or related field (preferred)• 3 + years of proven experience in project management, particularly in the security or technology industry.• 3 + years of strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.• INST 3 or SRV 3 Plus - Manage up to 10 concurrent projects and installer crews >100K per job• FRP 1 Plus – Understanding and manage submittals. Order and track parts, and create MRF’s• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, time management, schedules, coordination with the ability to build rapport with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.• Proficiency in project management software tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Requirements• United States Citizenship• Active Driver’s License• The job may require lifting objects weighing between 25 - 50 pounds.
