The Program Manager, Growth will play a critical role in driving Aledade’s growth initiatives. This position is responsible for overseeing multiple related projects that are grouped together to achieve strategic business objectives. The Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, sales engineering, network development, finance, procurement and legal to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies. Programs are ongoing and may not have a defined end date. This role serves as a key operational partner for the SVP of Network Development, ensuring progress on key initiatives and keeping the SVP focused on strategic priorities.We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the U.S. or from our offices in Bethesda, MD, Durham, NC or Austin, TX.Primary Duties:• Operational Support: Act as the operational backbone for the SVP of Network Development, ensuring their time and focus are aligned with the highest-priority initiatives. This includes documenting key takeaways and decisions from meetings, driving follow-through on critical deliverables, and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.• Strategic Program Leadership: Coordinate and manage a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This involves overseeing all aspects of project execution and maintaining a structured approach to meet deadlines and financial constraints. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with operations, marketing, finance, procurement and legal teams to ensure alignment on strategies and providing leadership to the team, fostering a cohesive and efficient working environment.• Content Development: Develop internal content for the SVP, Network Development and other Leaders within Growth.• Program-Level Management: Manage interdependencies between projects, handle program-level risks, issues, and changes, and ensure that the program delivers benefits and value to the organization. Communicate with senior management and stakeholders about program progress and outcomes. Represent the SVP of Network Development in key meetings by capturing action items and ensuring timely follow-up.Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree required.• 8+ years of relevant working experience in a related field.• Proven experience in program management and executing strategies.• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in marketing to physicians and healthcare organizations.• Experience and skills in change management to help organizations adapt to new processes and systems.• Establish trust, confidence, professionalism, judgment & documentation to attend certain meetings on behalf of SVP, Chief of Staff or VP, then inform them of minutes, decisions & next steps.• Salesforce & Hubspot proficiency.• Advanced proficiency in data management and data-driven decision-making.
