This role interacts with PMO, budgets, and operational logistics to ensure that program objectives are achieved and success is effectively evaluated. The Program Administrator serves as a central figure, providing direction, support, and clear communication across all aspects of the program.Key Responsibilities• Program Development & Planning:• Develop program goals, strategic plans, policies, and procedures to guide program direction.• Operational Management:• Manage program budgets, resources, and staffing.• Ensure efficient handling of administrative tasks and operational logistics.• Staff & Stakeholder Coordination:• Coordinate activities across departments and partner organizations.• Act as a liaison between the program and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective collaboration.Monitoring & Evaluation:• Track program performance and progress toward objectives.• Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and inform decision-making.• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.• Problem-Solving:• Identify and resolve administrative and functional challenges affecting program delivery. Communication:• Communicate effectively with staff and other stakeholders.• Convey program objectives, provide updates, and gather input to ensure alignment and engagement.RequirementsKey Skills & Qualifications• Project Management: Experience managing all stages of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and evaluation.• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.• Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with diverse audiences.• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Proficiency in collecting and analyzing data, as well as resolving complex issues effectively.• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SmartSheet, ServiceNow, and other relevant software, such as project management or case management tools. Education:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.Reporting Structure• The Program Administrator will report directly to the Head of PMO and collaborate with project coordinators, team members, stakeholders, and external vendors as needed.The estimated base rate range for this position: The actual salary range is based on fair market value based on your geographical location, skills, role requirements, and responsibilities. This posted compensation is a good faith and reasonable estimate.
