If you’re passionate about innovation and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities• Lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure across global sites.• Architect and optimize hybrid environments spanning on-premise and Azure infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and hybrid identity solutions.• Oversee networking, storage, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and backup/recovery platforms to ensure performance and resiliency.• Develop automation and orchestration workflows using PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform to streamline operations and improve consistency.• Lead M&A infrastructure due diligence and integration planning, assessing target environments, defining integration roadmaps, and guiding execution.• Define and maintain infrastructure standards covering network, identity, server, and cloud services in coordination with global IT, Security, and Operations teams.• Collaborate with the Security and Applications teams to ensure secure, compliant, and well-integrated systems that align with Resonetics’ global IT strategy.• Ensure secure connectivity and compliance across Operational Technology (OT) environments (e.g., MES, SCADA, PLCs).• Establish and maintain enterprise monitoring, patching, and configuration management standards (e.g., SCCM, Intune, SolarWinds, Device42).• Lead root cause analysis and complex troubleshooting for high-impact incidents, driving long-term remediation and process improvement.• Mentor and provide technical direction to Senior Engineers and IT Support personnel to build team capability and ensure knowledge transfer.• Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning, ensuring system resilience and recoverability.Required Qualifications• 10+ years of experience supporting and leading enterprise-scale Microsoft infrastructure initiatives.• Proven success designing and implementing hybrid infrastructure architectures integrating Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-premises systems.• Demonstrated experience leading global infrastructure modernization, M&A integrations, or data center consolidations.• Deep expertise in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, Azure IaaS/PaaS, Exchange Online, Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.• Advanced knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN/VPN), DNS/DHCP, and firewall configuration.• Strong proficiency with infrastructure automation and scripting (PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible).• Experience defining infrastructure standards, reference architectures, and documentation to ensure scalability and compliance.• Broad understanding of identity and access management (IAM), Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO solutions.• Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and high-availability system design.• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to engage effectively with IT, Security, and business stakeholders.• Ability to manage multiple global initiatives simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.• Proven mentoring and coaching capability to elevate technical performance across distributed teams.• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Preferred Qualifications• Microsoft certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, MCSE, or other advanced cloud/infrastructure credentials.• Experience implementing infrastructure automation frameworks at enterprise scale.• Background in regulated industries such as medical device, life sciences, or aerospace.• Familiarity with infrastructure cost optimization and cloud governance practices.• Experience working directly with global vendors or MSPs to deliver infrastructure solutions across time zones.Physical Demands• Occasional travel to manufacturing sites as needed (approximately 10-15%).• Flexibility to work across time zones to lead global vendors and teams.CompensationThe compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications.
