What you will doAs the Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in evaluating and implementing pricing strategies and models based upon current business and competitive market dynamics. Also, conducting research and performs competitive pricing analysis while monitoring ongoing competitive environment to ensure practices do not adversely impact company reputation or customer satisfaction. Expect to partner with Sales/Marketing, Business Development and Finance to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements. Lastly, expect to evaluate opportunities to monetize products offered initially at little to no cost or to create upsell opportunities as products are repositioned in the marketplace. A top performer will project impact of pricing changes, individual promotions and rebate programs on revenue.• Provides technical knowledge in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.• Developing pricing and contracting analyses to understand business problems/scenarios and recommend solutions.• You will work closely with the Customer Solutions field teams to develop customer presentations, provide account, and contract performance reporting, and create analytic solutions to support contract negotiations.• This is an excellent opportunity to add value as a business partner with our Enterprise Account Management team and join a highly collaborative team with a focus on customer solutions, problem solving, analysis, and most importantly business insights.• Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing.What you need​Required• Bachelor’s degree; will consider an additional 6 years of professional experience in lieu of the degree• Excel proficiencyPreferred• 1+ years of data analysis and reporting experience OR Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related discipline• Model N, Salesforce, ERP systems such as A/S 400 experience.• PowerBI or Tableau experience.• Experience supporting an Orthopedic business unit and or portfolio.$60,100 - $121,600 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program).
