At TP, the sky is the limit!ResponsibilitiesYour ResponsibilitiesAs a Pre-Licensed Training Agent you will be studying to obtain A Property and Casualty (P&C) license. This license authorizes an individual to sell, solicit, and negotiate insurance policies that cover property damage to assets like homes, vehicles, and buildings, and casualty (or liability) for financial losses arising from accidents or negligence.Upon completion of the Pre-License course and passing the exam to obtain the license, you will start training for our Licensed Agent role.As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you are required to use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve issues and respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines. The position is responsible for resolving high level consumers issues in a fast-paced environment.
