Other Jobs To Apply

Goal: We want to grow qualified organic traffic from Pinterest to our recipe website by optimizing our Pinterest presence end-to-end. This includes a strategic profile and board structure, high-performing Pins, and a consistent, data-driven workflow that increases saves, outbound clicks, and engaged audience over time.About us: We publish approachable, search-friendly recipes across evergreen staples and seasonal dishes. We’re ready to level up Pinterest with a consistent plan, better creative, and clear reporting that links activity to traffic.Scope of work: You will audit and optimize our Pinterest profile, bio, and website claim, ensure Rich Pins/recipe schema are set correctly, and design a board architecture that covers core, seasonal, dietary, technique, and occasion-based themes. You’ll research keywords and competitors using Pinterest Trends and in-platform search to build short- and long-tail clusters. From there, you’ll produce on-brand Static, Idea, and Video Pins with strong hooks, write titles, descriptions, and alt text mapped to those clusters, and A/B test overlays, headlines, and first-frame thumbnails. You’ll plan a weekly posting cadence for US time zones using Tailwind or the native scheduler and iterate based on analytics.First 2 weeks deliverables: A full Pinterest audit with a prioritized action plan; a reworked board structure with 12–20 SEO-tuned board titles and descriptions plus cover concepts; a keyword map of 15–25 clusters aligned to our recipe categories; 40–60 fresh Pins (mix of formats) with copy, metadata, and alt text; and a four-week content calendar showing posting windows and testing ideas.Ongoing monthly deliverables: A steady pipeline of 150–250 Pins (mixed formats) with copy and alt text; weekly analytics snapshots covering impressions, saves, outbound clicks, CTR, engaged audience, and top performers; clear recommendations on what to scale or stop; two to four creative experiments per month; and quarterly updates to competitor insights and the seasonal calendar. What success looks like: Within 60–90 days, we expect measurable lifts in Pinterest-referred sessions and outbound clicks, sustained growth in saves and engaged audience, and top-performing Pins achieving a 3–5%+ CTR after testing cycles. We will calibrate exact targets to our current baseline.Ideal experience: You have proven Pinterest organic case studies for blogs or food/recipe brands, strong copywriting for click-worthy but honest hooks, and design skills in Canva or Adobe that suit food imagery. You’re comfortable with keyword research, seasonal mapping, accessibility-minded alt text, and analytics in Pinterest and GA4, including UTM usage and lightweight A/B testing.Nice to have: Tailwind scheduling expertise, familiarity with CMS/SEO basics such as recipe schema, and a simple workflow in Notion/Asana/Sheets for calendars, approvals, and weekly reporting.Tools: We primarily use Pinterest Analytics, the native scheduler or Tailwind, Canva/Adobe, Google Sheets/Notion, GA4, and UTM tags. We’re open to your preferred stack if it improves speed and clarity. How to apply: Share one or two brief case studies with before/after metrics and timeframes, a short outline (5–8 bullets) of your approach from audit to reporting, and a portfolio showing 6–10 Pins—food/recipe examples preferred.Short paid screening task (for selected candidates): Using one sample recipe we provide, deliver three board suggestions with short SEO descriptions, five keyword phrases (short and long tail), three Pin titles with descriptions and alt text, and one static Pin mock.Engagement and budget: We’ll start with a four-week pilot and extend monthly if targets are met. Hours and budget are open—please propose hourly or fixed pricing for the pilot based on your deliverables and cadence.
