Phone Sales Recovery Agent:We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Phone Sales Recovery Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers whose order did not get processed using phone calls, emails, and text messages to recover incomplete sales. This is a base pay + commission position with unlimited earning potential, making it perfect for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment.What You’ll Do:• Call, email, and text customers whose order did not go through, aiming to recover sales and increase revenue.• Engage with customers to address concerns, offer assistance, and provide incentives to complete their purchases.• Follow up persistently and professionally to ensure customer engagement and increase conversion rates.• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.• Meet or exceed individual sales recovery targets on a weekly or monthly basis.What You Bring to The Table:• Strong work ethic and self-motivation to drive sales results.• Comfort and proficiency with manual dialing and reaching out to leads.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers via phone, email, and text.• A positive attitude and a passion for sales.• Ability to work independently and handle rejection with resilience.• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.• Prior experience in phone sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus, but not required.• ExperienceTechnical Must Have’s:• We require a stable internet connection capable of supporting seamless voice and video communications, and data transfer, with an Octane Speed of 20,000 or greater, (• A backup system for power and internet.• A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer, with working mic, camera, and a working noise-cancelling headset. You will be on zoom with your team throughout the day.Compensation:• Base pay plus commission with uncapped earnings potential.Schedule:• 9am-5pm CST, Friday & Saturday Off
