If this excites you, wed love to have you join us.About the RoleAs a Processing Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for providing white-glove service for customers by following an efficient prescription workflow, optimizing customer satisfaction, and helping to navigate complex pharmacy issues. Your responsibilities will include:• Accurately translating and entering prescription information into the pharmacy database according to state regulations.• Verifying insurance information and processing insurance claims.• Communicating via multiple mediums (phone, text, chat, email) with customers, external partners, and pharmacists to resolve any issues including prior authorizations and provide prescription updates while adhering to HIPAA regulations and company policies.• Maintaining high SLA standards by addressing all tasks promptly and efficiently.• Working closely with cross-functional teams and external pharmacy partners, to drive customer satisfaction and ensure a seamless customer and provider experience.Requirements• Located in New York• Fluent English required• You have 2+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician. PTCB certification preferred, but not required.• You are familiar with industry specific terminology (SIG codes, both brand and generic names of medications.• You are proficient with computer and Windows PC applications, including aptitude to learn and navigate additional computer systems that may be new to you• You have access to a reliable computer with audio and video capabilities, including high-speed internet of at least 100 Mbps• You have Full-Time flexible availability. Schedules will be set in conversation with hiring managers and may include both weekday and weekend hours or morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
