You’ll be trusted to manage sensitive systems, support internal processes, and collaborate closely with HR, Talent, Finance, Leadership, and the broader team. This is a high-impact, mid-level role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings precision, integrity, and initiative to everything they do.Key ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll doHR Operations (60%)• Maintain and optimize our HRIS (Leapsome & Deel), employee files, and compliance documentation. Support Head of People and people leaders by assisting with the accurate and confidential documentation of employee relations matters, maintaining records, and tracking follow-ups.• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes across teams.• Help maintain people programs, policy updates, performance tracking, and employee engagement initiatives.• Assist in the administration of learning and development programs, including scheduling training sessions, tracking participation, managing course materials, and coordinating vendor relationships.• Assist with internal HR-related queries with discretion and accuracy. Escalate HR-related queries and concerns to the Head of People as needed.• Coordinate benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, renewals, and employee communications.• Review, analyze and prepare regular reports on employee engagement survey feedback.• Conduct regular HRIS data audits to ensure data integrity, and accuracy.• Adhoc Talent Acquisition support for vacation coverageOffice Operations (30%)• Serve as point person for the management of our Toronto office, maintaining a well-equipped, organized, productive, and welcoming workspace. Assist in tracking office-related expenses and supporting the Finance team with basic budget reconciliation for office operations.• Coordinate office logistics including team events, catering, supplies, equipment, office improvement initiatives, and in-person meeting support.• Manage the efficient ordering, tracking, and timely shipping of essential office supplies and branded logo merchandise for clients, employees and company events.• Support hybrid workplace initiatives to improve work life for all Clever Digital Marketing team members and assist in coordinating in-person team gatherings.• Serve as the primary point of contact for basic IT support for office equipment (e.g., printers, projectors, meeting room tech), escalating complex issues to the IT department.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseQualifications& Experience• Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR or People Operations roles. Familiarity with benefits, and Canadian employment standards. Familiarity with American employment standards is a bonus.• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with tools such as Leapsome, Deel, Gsuite, Slack, Pinpoint (ATS).
