Your responsibilities will be dependent upon your legal experience and/or technical background. Preparation and prosecution of US patents, strategic portfolio counseling, patent opinions (validity, infringement, right to use, patentability). Possible PTAB, licensing, and trademark work as well.Depending on your technical background, you may deal with electrical engineering (industrial and consumer electronics hardware, analog and/or digital circuits, RF, semiconductors), computer and telecommunications systems (networking and protocols, WiFi), and/or software engineering (network security, enterprise applications, databases, web and cloud services, operating systems, software user interfaces, open source).This is also an excellent opportunity within a progressive firm. You will have the opportunity for comprehensive client interaction. The existing client base is well distributed and includes a broad spectrum of large and small clients. This is premiere work with a talented group of peers with flexible hours, client origination incentives, production incentives, and more. An existing book is not required, but if you have portables, that would certainly be valued as well.Requirements:• Minimum BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science.
