Position OverviewWe’re seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who is passionate about combining professional counseling skills with a Christian worldview. This part-time, W-2 telehealth position allows you to provide therapy to children, individuals, and families from the comfort of your home—while making a meaningful impact through faith-integrated care.Responsibilities• Provide individual, family, and child therapy sessions through SimplePractice, our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.• Integrate Christian principles and biblical perspectives into treatment in a compassionate, client-led manner.• Develop treatment plans, maintain timely and accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with clinical and ethical standards.• Participate in supervision and team meetings for support and professional development.• Maintain professional and ethical boundaries consistent with ACA, AACC, and New Mexico Counseling and Therapy Practice Board guidelines.Qualifications• Active LMHC license in the state of New Mexico (required).• Desire to gain experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and/or families.• Commitment to integrating faith-based principles with evidence-based practice.• Strong communication skills, reliability, and self-motivation for remote work.• Comfort using technology and willingness to learn SimplePractice EMR.• Required personal liability insurance.Compensation& Benefits• W-2 employment with flexible, part-time hours.• Pay rate: $40 per completed session note.• Summer Pay Banking Benefit – Clinicians may elect to set aside a portion of their earnings throughout the year to create a paid reserve for summer or extended time off, supporting work-life balance and financial stability during slower periods.• 5 hours of paid administrative time per month, which can also be banked and used during time off.• A supportive, mission-driven environment that values faith, integrity, and professional growth.• Ongoing training, supervision, and documentation support.• A steady flow of client referrals and opportunities for advancement.• The chance to live out your faith through compassionate, ethical counseling.• Supervision and mentorship toward LPCC licensure (if desired)
