Our case mix and complexity rivals that of teaching hospitals, but in a relaxed practice setting that values work/life balance.100% Remote Pediatric Teleradiology Partner Track opportunity$50,000 Sign-on Bonus$75,000 Annual Shift Bonus• Hours: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am MST• Schedule: 7 on / 14 off (122 shifts per year)Responsibilities• Expertise in reading pediatric CT, MRI, ultrasound, and x-ray imaging.• Work exclusively in pediatric imaging, with no neuro, mammography, or interventional responsibilities.• Partnership track opportunity• Internal moonlighting opportunities are offed if desired.• Expertise in reading pediatric CT, MRI, ultrasound, and x-ray imaging.• Work exclusively in pediatric imaging, with no neuro, mammography, or interventional responsibilities• You’ll join our overnight section and work alongside 23 subspecialized radiologists: 6 pediatric radiologists, 7 neuro radiologists and 10 body radiologists covering pediatric patients across the US. We run multiple shifts each night to share the load across the team.Workflow:• PACS System: All imaging studies across our hospital systems and imaging partners are read using InteleViewer, which integrates seamlessly with partner PACS systems. InteleViewer allows radiologists to work from a single platform, and its Instant Messaging (IM) function facilitates communication between techs, radiologists, and our 24/7 in-house radiology support team (ATC). Radiologists can easily share case links for second opinions.• Dictation Software: We use PowerScribe 360 for dictation.• Worklist Management: Clario Smart Worklist prioritizes cases for your assigned shift and launches InteleViewer when a case is selected. Cases can be manually selected or auto-launched, with worklists optimized for urgency and efficiency.• AI: AIdoc for detection of intracranial hemorrhage, cervical spine fractures, PE, incidental PE.• Credentialing and onboarding are fully supported by administrative staff.• Radiology assistants and 24/7 IT support are available to ensure seamless workflow.Compensation Package/Benefits• $50,000 Yearly Late Night Shift Bonus (10p-7a MST shift only)• Salary: $545k (including $400k base + $75 k sign-on bonus + $ 50k annual night bonus + $20k retention bonus year 2) with partnership opportunities offering $600k–$650k +, depending on productivity.• Moving Allowance: $15,000 if applicable• Partnership Track: 1 year for candidates with 2+ years of experience; 2 years for less-experienced candidates.• Productivity bonus: offered to associates and partners• Fellowship Stipend: $1,000 monthly stipend during fellowship for those signed with Diversified Radiology.• Vacation: Generous time off with internal moonlighting options available.• Insurance: Full malpractice insurance (professional liability) and health insurance for the employee and their family, subject to eligibility.• Other Benefits: 401k with Safe Harbor and Profit Sharing after 1 year, stock options, student loan subsidy, preferred rates for refinancing, and a business expense account.Pediatric Radiologist Position Requirements• Fellowship trained in Pediatric Radiology• ABR Board Certified or, if recent graduate, Board Eligible• General diagnostic radiology skills• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with comfort speaking with ordering physicians as neededAdditional Practice Strengths:• Strong camaraderie and support among radiologists.• Long-term group stability with low turnover.• Consistent growth and an excellent reputation with referring physicians.• You’ll join our overnight section and work alongside 23 subspecialized radiologists: 6 pediatric radiologists, 7 neuro radiologists and 10 body radiologists covering pediatric patients across the US.
