Success in this role is based on the ability to find new NetReputation clients and effectively distribute their contact information to the sales team in a “warm transfer”. You’ll get paid for the quality and quantity of leads that you close and transfer. Simple!Daily Activities:• Attend team meetings to go over team successes, participate in contests/games, and stay active.• Engaging potential clients through various channels including, but not limited to, social media, Google Places, and our own CRM.• Communicate all day with potential clients through phone, text, social media, and email.• Record all relevant information including pain points, recommended service offering(s), buying signs, and deadlines in Zoho CRM.• Warmtransfer qualified prospects to sales directly or via the central distribution channel.• Maintain the accuracy of your dataset within the Outbound Reporting Sheet.• Make at least 50 dials or have 1 hour of talk time dailyWhat you’ll be responsible for:• Engaging individuals and businesses via phone, text, and social media to discuss NetReputation’s value proposition, services, and other promotions.• Handling objections and negotiating customized reputation management solutions based on what the client needs.• Recording all relevant information including pain points, recommended service offering(s), buying signs, deadlines, and any other relevant information• Transfer qualified prospects to sales via our central distribution channel• Meeting and exceeding required sales targets you will be responsible for your activity, proposal value sold, transfer volume, and conversion %.To join our team, you’ll need:• Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of sales or quotacarrying experience• High School Diploma• Motivation to exceed sales goals you are not satisfied doing the minimum, and you strive to be the best• Strong communication skills building rapport quickly, actively listening, and confidence in what you’re saying• Desire to contribute to the bottom line and recognize that a team is only as strong as the weakest player you seek feedback and want to continuously improve• Ability to multitask and work independently while paying attention to detail• Hear and Talk on a phone headset as well as work on a computer for up to 8 hours a day
