After onboarding is completed onsite at the Percival location, associates will transition to work from home Richland County, SC or Lexington County, SC.What You Will Do:Produces health/dental benefit books using customer software. Document production includes research of group files, customization of benefit language, correction of group documents, editing revisions, proofing of documents, coordination with marketing, underwriting, quality control, benefit files to ensure appropriate group structure, status, and benefits.Produces health/dental contracts using custom software. Document production includes research of group files, customization of benefit language, correction of group documents, editing revisions, proofing of document, coordination with marketing, underwriting, quality control, benefit files, legal to ensure appropriate group structure, status, and benefits.Ensures all group/member level distribution procedures/systems are accessed and utilized in accurate/timely manner to include imaging of documents, web migration of books, maintaining updates to workload tracking database (Access), sending product to print, and overall follow-up and follow-through.Performs various duties/responsibilities as assigned to include responding to all inquiries pertaining to a group's book and/or contract, and special projects as assigned.Work environment is the typical office environment.To Qualify for This Position, You Will Need:Required Education: Associate degree OR Two (2) years of benefits related work experience.Required Work Experience: Three (3) years of administrative/clerical support, customer service, or combination of this experienceRequired Skills and Abilities: Good judgment skills. Effective customer service, organizational skills. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated proficiency in spelling, punctuation, grammar skills.
