Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will assist physicians and medical professionals by documenting patient encounters, ensuring accurate medical records, and enhancing overall workflow efficiency. This remote position is ideal for those with a strong understanding of medical terminology and a passion for supporting patient care.Key Responsibilities• Accurately document patient encounters, medical histories, physical examinations, and treatment plans in real-time.• Prepare and update patient records within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.• Assist physicians with charting, coding, and ensuring all relevant medical data is captured.• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper documentation of diagnoses, lab results, medications, and procedures.• Organize and prioritize daily tasks to support the timely completion of medical documentation.• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).Essential Skills• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and proficiency in medical documentation.• Excellent listening and typing skills, with the ability to transcribe medical information accurately and quickly.• High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple patient records efficiently.• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.• Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining accuracy under time-sensitive conditions.• Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare privacy laws.Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - 65,000 per month• Please note that this job post does not guarantee immediate client onboarding.
