You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing a fully integrated marketing strategy that drives pipeline generation, builds brand awareness, and directly supports revenue growth.This role blends strategic leadership with tactical execution: you will shape the marketing vision for Fresche while rolling up your sleeves to manage campaigns, optimize our tech stack, and deliver measurable results.What You'll Do:Strategy & Leadership• Define and execute Fresche's overall marketing strategy aligned with revenue and business goals.• Establish strong brand positioning and differentiation across North American and international markets.• Lead and mentor a small marketing team while remaining hands-on in daily operations.• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI.Operations & Execution• Own and optimize the martech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, LeadIQ) to ensure campaign performance and accurate tracking.• Design, launch, and optimize multichannel campaigns• Implement scalable lead management processes (capture, scoring, nurturing).• Define and monitor marketing KPIs: pipeline contribution, revenue attribution, acquisition costs, conversion rates.• Partner closely with RevOps and Sales to ensure data quality, workflow alignment, and shared revenue goals.Analytics & Continuous Improvement• Provide deep analysis of campaign performance and deliver recommendations for optimization.• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for executives (pipeline generated, marketing-sourced revenue, ROI by channel).• Leverage web analytics tools to track performance and improve digital ROI• Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep Fresche at the forefront of innovation.What We're Looking For:• Experience: 8+ years in B2B marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
