Our MMM's have the opportunity to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis in order to make strong buying decisions.nHow you will achieve success:• Coach and lead a team of 4 to 6 Merchandising Managers and Associates.• Develop the team and encourage career growth by mentoring through vendor relationships and brand management.• Support your team in developing merchandising strategies brands inclusive of establishing budget and ROI expectations.• Manage process and tracking against critical brand and part number audits and plays an active role in identifying and prioritizing brands to focus on.• Proactively identify and lead opportunities for process and reporting efficiency.• Influence decisions and strategies for merchandising opportunities with both internal and external partners.• Collaborate with vendor managers and their accounts to establish partnerships for marketplace exclusivity with their brands and products.• Exhibit expertise on all marketplace marketing and merchandising levers offered to third-party sellers and the most critical levers.• Be responsible for tracking, managing and analyzing team output and KPIs.• Manage and analyze all actions taken to make informed, data driven decisions to enhance all activities within the strategies of the team..What experiences will help you in this role:• Experienced in managing a team of highly performing individual contributors.• Experienced in account management or sales.• Able to navigate difficult conversations comfortably.• Influential/ persuasive with internal & external partners.• Confident with an executive presence—experienced communicating to higher levels of leadership.• An effective delegator.• Able to establish trust and buy-in within a team.• Strong in coaching and have a people leadership mentality.n$90,000 - $125,000 a yearOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $90,000 to $125,000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company.
