R0050990LOCATION: Hybrid - 8 days a month in the office (see locations listed on the posting)OVERVIEWWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager, Clinical Content – Nursing to lead a high-performing team of Integration Nurse Educators. This role is critical in advancing our mission to support nursing faculty and academic leaders through innovative, evidence-based educational solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a collaborative mindset to drive content excellence and client success. This role will report to the Associate Director, Clinical Content.RESPONSIBILITIES• Lead and manage a team to integrate Lippincott and NurseTim content across a nursing curriculum.• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with clinical standards and commercial goals.• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, DISs, NECs, and product teams to support client integration and adoption.• Ensure continuous improvement in quality through rigorous review of services delivered, stakeholder feedback, and adherence to evidence-based practices and corporate philosophy.• Represent the team in high-level meetings, advocating for strategic initiatives and operational excellence.• Deliver thought leadership through webinars, workshops, presentations, and other educational formats.• Monitor industry trends and research to inform content development and innovation.• Support professional development and accountability within the team.QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Doctorate required.Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN licenseExperience:• Extensive leadership experience (5+ years) in nursing education and academic administration.• Experience with curriculum design, accreditation, and continuing professional development• Strong understanding of commercial strategy and sales alignment• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive strategic outcomes• Corporate experience preferredKey Competencies• Strategic thinking and execution• Team leadership and accountability• Clinical and educational expertise• Project and resource management• Quality assurance and process improvement• Strong communication and advocacy skills• Collaborative and solutions-oriented mindsetTRAVEL: Travel: 30–40% (collaborating with clients, leading integration nurse educators, delivering training session, mentoring/coaching, and presenting at conferences)#LI-HybridApplicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.Compensation:Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $121,350 - $170,050Additional Information:Wolters Kluwer offers a wide variety of competitive benefits and programs to help meet your needs and balance your work and personal life, including but not limited to: Medical, Dental, & Vision Plans, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Commuter Benefits, Tuition Assistance Plan, Vacation and Sick Time, and Paid Parental Leave.
