These accolades highlight our dedication to being a leading brand in the beauty industry and an exceptional workplace.What You'll DoThis role will manage the planning and execution of top-of-funnel brand media, including strategic media plans and execution in partnership with our cross-functional Media COE experts and agencies.This role will report to the Director, Media + Digital Strategy & Consumer Engagement - Americas What You'll Be Working On• Assist in the development and execution of media plans across partners, inclusive of targeting and platform analysis, ROI assessment, creative overview, and the integration of cross-functional team plans• Develop & execute paid media strategy - own and manage paid media campaigns across digital channels (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, OOH, CTV, etc.), ensuring they drive brand awareness and engagement• Identify high-potential audiences, optimize targeting strategies, and expand brand reach• Monitor KPIs and analyze campaign performance. Provide actionable insights to optimize spend• Foster a culture of measurement and optimization, establishing benchmarks and working with agencies and internal teams for continual campaign improvement• Collaborate with cross functional partners (Amazon, DTC, Retail) to ensure holistic and strategic approach with consistency in messaging• Collaborate with Global Consumer Engagement team to ensure Global 360 strategies are incorporated into regional media plan and that regional needs are met as Global develops program toolkits• Work with Global and agency tools on optimized creative fit for purpose• Provide guidance and support to channel leads by leveraging retail media network ad products. Stay current with RMN roadmaps to identify new opportunities for brand alignment and capitalize on emerging ad products and features• Manage relationships with media agencies and platform partners, ensuring best-in-class execution and innovation in paid media• Partner with Project Management to ensure timely delivery of media creative assets, leveraging toolkits to streamline the process• Assist Director in the management of Brand Media budget.
