Overview:Longo Toyota Sales is looking for a tech-savvy, energetic individual with a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment! The Sales Valet is responsible for maintaining the new car sales lot and inventory in an organized manner to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the dealership. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.00.• This position is 100% on site at Longo Toyota in El Monte, CA.Schedule: Monday – Friday, starting at 5:00 AM (occasionally 4:30 AM as needed)Perks of working with us:• Weekly Pay - get paid every Friday.• 401k with a generous Company match• Vacation (accruals earned on Full Time or Part Time status)• Vision, dental, and medical care benefits available to any team full time team member• Team member Referral Bonus Program• Tuition reimbursement• Discounts with Corporate Partners like GE, Dell, Oakley, Yeti, Ray Ban, and many more….• Development and growth opportunities• Free Employee ParkingResponsibilities:• Perform daily inventory scans to ensure accurate records.• Log newly received vehicles and verify serial numbers, condition, and equipment against corresponding documents.• Review and verify all vehicle paperwork before releasing vehicles to third parties or transport companies.• Park new vehicles in designated areas and maintain an organized lot.• Move vehicles as directed by management.• Prepare and deliver sold vehicles to guests, including assisting with off-site deliveries when needed.• Maintain the dealership lot in a neat, organized manner consistent with display standards.• Ensure all vehicles in the sales lot are kept locked when not in use.• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.• Assist with various sales department tasks as needed.• Communicate consistently and effectively with Sales Consultants and Managers.• Uphold high ethical standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times.• Organize new car inventory across the campus to maintain alignment and accessibility.• Reconcile inventory by scanning and accounting for all units shown in the system.• Identify vehicles needing attention (cleaning, mechanical issues, scratches, etc.) and report to management.• Prepare the inventory for daily sales activities.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High school diploma or equivalent desired.
