Tasks include:• Assist with planning, implementing, and reporting on SI/TE activities.• Lead system-level integration and verification of system level requirements.• Lead System Level testing of complex computer programs.• Oversee data analysis to evaluate and troubleshoot system/element anomalies.• Oversee requirement verification test procedures and test reports as required by the supporting program.• Support the program technical leadership and functional management on cost, schedule and technical performance.Basic Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline preferred from an accredited university and 9 years of related experience, or a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline and 7 years of related experience, or 4 years of experience with a PhD.• Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking and problem solving skills and Systems Thinking mindset• Experience with Test Driven Development and Automated Test• Experience developing testing criteria to successfully satisfy requirements• Experience with Agile Scrum Test Lifecycle• Experience creating and documenting test plans/procedures, analyzing results and creating reports• Ability and willingness to travel 10% to support business needs.• Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government security clearance at the DoD secret level; and a minimum of an interim secret clearance will be required to start.
