Legal Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PSTAbout the RoleLegal Copy Service is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing and entering subpoenas and performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties that support our legal operations.This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in producing accurate and timely work.Key Responsibilities• Prepare, enter, and verify subpoenas and related legal documents• Manage high-volume phone activity (40–50 incoming and outgoing calls daily)• Schedule and coordinate record retrievals with facilities and clients• Track and follow up on pending records to ensure timely completion• Conduct EAMS and case searches• Prepare and manage correspondence, declarations, bills, and other legal documentsPerform general administrative duties including filing, emailing, faxing, and mailingMaintain calendars and assist with scheduling tasksProvide excellent customer service to clients and partnersQualifications & Skills• Experience working in a law firm or legal copy service preparing subpoenas desired.• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet critical deadlines• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general internet use• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Positive, professional attitude and appearance• Team-oriented with the ability to work independentlyEducation & Experience• High school diploma or equivalent required• Prior office experience required• Legal or records management experience strongly preferredThis is a remote position.
