You will lead business process automation using low-code tools like Salesforce Flow , guide technical decisions, and mentor other Salesforce engineers while collaborating closely with business stakeholders.You will thrive in this role if you are:• A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo• A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing• Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data• Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)Role responsibilities• Lead the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce B2B Commerce environments.• Design and implement business process automation using low-code tools such as Salesforce Flow .• Ensure scalable and maintainable B2B Commerce architecture , aligned with headless and API-first principles .• Collaborate with Business Analysts to refine user stories , estimate effort, and align technical solutions with business needs.• Manage and maintain the technical backlog in Jira , ensuring proper prioritization and sprint planning.• Develop and maintain technical and business documentation to support solution transparency and knowledge sharing.• Oversee source-driven development processes (version control, CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies).• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other Salesforce engineers and support cross-functional collaboration.• Drive continuous improvement of Salesforce practices, performance, and governance across the B2B Commerce ecosystem.Must have qualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:• Experienced with strong low code skills on Salesforce B2B Commerce and Flow• Experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, JavaScript languages• Setup and maintenance of Salesforce B2B Commerce• Process automation using low code tools (Flow)• Knowledge of headless architecture principles and B2B Commerce APIs• Familiar with source driven development (versioning, CI/CD…)• Ability to refine user stories jointly with a BA• Ability to create and maintain a backlog in Jira• Ability to create and maintain technical and business documentation• Apex coding skills would be nice but not a must• MuleSoft knowledge would be a nice to have• Experience in B2B and B2C environmentsIf you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
