We Currently Have Two Open Roles:• Lead, Group Medicare Marketing – focused on retiree health coverage solutions• Lead, Group Specialty Benefits Marketing – focused on employee benefits such as dental, and vision insuranceBoth roles are designed to drive awareness, engagement, and sales among employer groups, agents, and brokers. You’ll develop and execute go-to-market strategies that position Humana’s group solutions as trusted choices in the healthcare space. These roles require a deep understanding of regulated environments, how agents and brokers sell, and how marketing can directly support sales success.Key Responsibilities (for Both Roles)• Lead go-to-market planning for Group Medicare and Group Benefits business units• Develop and manage sales enablement resources including brochures, sales kits, training materials, finalist presentations, and digital assets• Design and deliver external campaigns across advertising, social, email, and digital channels• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment• Use B2B sales enablement platforms to create personalized sales and marketing experiences• Apply performance insights to optimize campaign design, messaging, and delivery• Conduct smart needs assessments and probe for clarity to uncover core business and marketing challenges• Provide thoughtful creative direction with a strong design eye and resourceful, scrappy planning• Track marketing performance and voice-of-customer feedback to drive continuous improvement• Lead with urgency, resilience, and a collaborative spirit—supporting change and pushing work forwardRequired Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent years of relevant experience• 10 + years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries• Experience in Group Medicare Advantage or employer-sponsored benefits marketing• Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business outcomes• Experience supporting sales organizations, including agents and brokers, with tailored marketing and enablement tools• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across product, sales, and operations• Exceptional strategic thinking, creative direction, and storytelling skills• Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills• Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams• Resilient, adaptable, and able to drive initiatives forward with urgency and precision• Prior budget management experiencePreferred Qualifications• MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Journey Analytics, or similar enterprise marketing platforms• Deep understanding of agent/broker sales models and long-tail B2B sales cycles• Experience applying customer insights and performance data to optimize marketing strategies• Strong understanding of healthcare marketing compliance, regulatory standards, and distribution models• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and digital privacy standardsAdditional InformationUse your skills to make an impactTo Ensure Home Or Hybrid Home/Office Employees’ Ability To Work Effectively, The Self-provided Internet Service Of Home Or Hybrid Home/Office Employees Must Meet The Following Criteria:• At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested• Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership• Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.• Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA informationHumana Offers a Variety Of Benefits To Promote The Best Health And Well-being Of Our Employees And Their Families.
