With minimal oversight, you’ll lead high-impact analyses and occasional reporting efforts, transforming complex data from diverse sources into clear, actionable narratives.You’ll focus on understanding customer behavior, lifecycle, and journey patterns to help shape personalized experiences and optimize engagement strategies. This role also positions you as a subject matter expert, guiding stakeholders through data-driven opportunities and challenges with confidence and clarity.Job Responsibilities:Analytics & Testing• Lead strategic analyses focused on customer behavior, lifecycle, segmentation, and journey patterns to uncover insights that inform business decisions.• Use advanced SQL skills and cloud platforms like GCP to query, join, and manipulate raw data from disparate sources, transforming it into cohesive, actionable stories.• Apply strong data storytelling and presentation skills to deliver insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.• Define analytical priorities for the functional area and delegate work effectively to meet business timelines and objectives.• Ensure the quality and relevance of analytical output, proactively improving processes to accelerate value generation.• Contribute to and implement statistically sound test designs, presenting findings that influence mid- and long-term strategy.• Leverage tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to support reporting and communication of insights.Business Stakeholder Support• Serve as the go-to analytics partner for stakeholders across the organization, especially those working with Athlete data and analytics needs.• Respond to ad hoc analytics and reporting requests, offering guidance on methodology, metric interpretation, and use of self-service tools.• Lead training sessions to empower business users with tools like Intera and Power BI, enhancing data literacy and self-sufficiency.Team Leadership & Development• Act as a mentor and coach to junior analysts, sharing best practices and fostering analytical growth.• May manage direct reports, with responsibility for their development and teammate engagement.Desired Skillset:• Experience with customer analytics across digital, retail, and omnichannel touchpoints.• Proven track record in analyzing customer behavior, segmentation, lifetime value, churn, and acquisition metrics.• Hands-on experience with data platforms and analytics tools such as SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker.
