As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for addressing inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, from early-stage start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises, across various industries.
