What Is The Copywriter Role?As a Copywriter, you are the narrative architect of our content strategy. Your expertise in SEO-optimized blog writing, social media copywriting, email marketing, and demand generation copy will play a pivotal role in driving growth. This role involves managing social media content, crafting email campaigns, writing landing page copy, and creating engaging blog posts. You'll help offload various content responsibilities from key team members to allow them to focus on higher-level strategy and growth.As part of our Copywriting team, you'll start as a Junior Copywriter, working closely with a Senior Copywriter, Marketing Team Lead, and Marketing Manager, who will guide you and help align your work with our strategic goals.nPrimary Responsibilities• Content Creation & SEO: Craft and refine SEO-driven blog posts and landing pages, ensuring a balance between high-quality content and optimized search engine rankings.• Email Marketing: Write engaging, conversion-focused email copy that aligns with campaign goals, supporting ongoing email marketing efforts.• Analytics-Driven Optimization: Monitor content performance using analytics, iterating on content to improve engagement, traffic, and overall effectiveness.• Content Consistency: Ensure a consistent brand voice and tone across all content channels including website copy, social media, blogs, emails, and SMS.• Collaborative Content Development: Work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to produce high-quality, cohesive content across multiple platforms.Your Toolkit• Proven experience as a Copywriter, ideally within a team setting.• 2+ years of relevant experience backed by a BA/BS degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields. Or, you have relevant experience.
