If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this role.Work OutlineAs a Full Stack Call Center Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:• Handling high-volume customer calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.• Entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations.• Investigating missing prescription data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving data entry-related exceptions.• Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed.• Obtaining and verifying patient information, processing prescriptions, and resolving issues related to patient medication demands.• Communicating with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide solutions.Work LiabilitiesAs a Full Stack Call Center Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:• Utilizing our pharmacy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments by entering information into our systems.• Handling patient medication demands within HIPAA guidelines and regulations.• Entering top-off orders for processing and resolving data entry-related exceptions.• Investigating missing prescription data and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).• Settling all information entry-related exceptions and resolving issues related to patient medication demands.Essential CapabilitiesTo be successful in this role, you will need:• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).• Essential level computer skills, including starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing documents, and accessing data online.• Essential web browsing skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms.• Intermediate level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 words per minute, typing by memory, and organizing files.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.• Age 18 or older.Favored CapabilitiesWhile not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:• At least one year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.• At least one and a half years of pharmacy experience with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency.• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.• Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 words per minute, typing by memory, and organizing files.• Familiarity with Spanish and English.Career Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsAt blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
