And, in communities with greatest need, we work in collaboration to expand access to quality eye care for all.The Clinical Troubleshooting Specialist will have overall responsibility for:• Thoroughly understand orthokeratology lenses, their design parameters and how to adjust those parameters to ensure optimal fit for each patient.• Troubleshoot, discuss & review cases and make recommendations to the ECPs on particular lens fits.• Work with Myopia Clinical Sales Consultants to support their ECPs on lens troubleshooting and how to manage challenging patient fits.• Champion a high-performance environment and culture of collaboration and innovation.• Leadership responsibility for assuring necessary tools, policies and procedures are developed and integrated to support and align with all legal, regulatory and Health Care Compliance policies.Qualifications• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical certification is required.• Qualified US Doctor of Optometry (OD), Certified Lens Technician, Optician or local market equivalent is preferred.• A minimum of 2 years of relevant progressive clinical practice is required.• Clinical experience with orthokeratology and/or Rigid Gas Permeable (RGP) lenses is required.• Ability to communicate with customers using digital technology is required.• Proven ability to influence and partner with diverse multi-functional teams across geographic boundaries is preferred.• Up to 10% of domestic overnight travel may be required.Key Skills• Excellent verbal and written communication is required.• Aptitude for troubleshooting is required.• Strong time management skills is required.• Demonstrated research and writing skills is preferred.• Clinical skills in optometry and myopia management is preferred.• Ability to use MS Office is required.• Project management skills is required.• Ability to translate scientific language into clinical language for practitioners is preferred.The anticipated base pay range for this position is $61,000 to $97,750.The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
