The 10-week internship program develops early career professionals by providing interns with hands-on learning, personal and professional networking opportunities, and the ability to work on projects that directly impact the business.The Sephora internship program is also a prerequisite for consideration for LEAP, the cross-functional rotational program that provides on-the-job training in each of three Business Units-Supply Chain, Marketing, and Merchandising, over the course of nine months. As Employee Engagement & Communications Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager of Communications and Employee Engagement to help maintain create an incredible employee experience for our corporate audience.
