This role is responsible for managing the technical development, coordination, and documentation of projects from design development through construction administration. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure successful project execution while maintaining design integrity, technical accuracy, and compliance with building codes and firm standards. This role will report to and work with the Technical Lead on the project/s to manage all technical aspects of the project.Position ResponsibilitiesGenerate construction documents in coordination with mechanical, building systems, codes and ADA requirements.Be the main point of contact in the construction administration phase. Attend project site meetings and write field observation reports, RFI responses.
