It’s an exciting opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values collaboration, and takes pride in delivering results that elevate both the brand and customer experience.This role is challenging – above and beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll have a big role within a fast-paced team.This position will report in to the Finance Manager.What you get to do every day:• Manage and grow relationships with vendors and customers, ensuring timely order processing, communication, and fulfillment accuracy.• Track and follow up on open quotes, purchase orders, and sales opportunities to help drive revenue and maintain customer satisfaction.• Coordinate with vendors on product availability, pricing updates, and shipping timelines to ensure a seamless customer experience.• Prepare and send sales and performance reports to internal teams and vendor partners to highlight trends and opportunities.• Support the sales and merchandising teams by keeping product listings, pricing, and promotional details up to date across systems.• Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and customer service teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth order flow.What you bring to the role:• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple vendor and customer relationships simultaneously.• Experience in sales operations, account management, or dropship coordination with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and execution.• Proficiency in Excel, CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Apollo, BigCommerce, NetSuite), and reporting tools to track and communicate performance.• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for driving results, solving problems, and improving the overall sales process.What’s in it for you Joining CSC Generation isn’t just about having a seat at the table—it’s about helping redesign the table entirely.
