We are seeking a detail-oriented Interior Design QA & Audit Specialist to support our Design and Project Management teams by ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all furniture specifications and drawings. top-tier U.S.-based commercial furniture dealer representing some of the world’s leading brands, including Kimball. This role serves as a quality assurance checkpoint before final orders are sent to vendors, minimizing costly errors and ensuring projects run smoothly.The position requires reviewing design documentation against product specifications, validating compliance with client standards, and producing markups that highlight discrepancies or areas requiring clarification. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining accuracy, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct “spec checks” by comparing drawings with parts lists and specifications, verifying:Quantities, trims, finishes, and coloursClearances (e.g., wheelchairs, wall outlets, door swings)Stability requirements and proper component inclusion• Review floor plans, elevations, renderings, finish legends, furniture specifications, and manufacturer quotes for accuracy and alignment.• Confirm product part numbers, finishes/finish codes, and pricing are consistent across all documentation.• Create markups on plans to highlight errors, omissions, or areas requiring correction.• Reference manufacturer specification guides, price lists, and websites to validate details.• Analyse building/site conditions to ensure the feasibility of furniture applications and accurate dimensions.• Verify adherence to client standards and project guidelines.• Maintain strong knowledge of major commercial furniture product lines, applications, and technical requirements.• Collaborate with project team members to resolve identified discrepancies.• Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:• Preferred: 2-5 years of experience at a commercial furniture dealership or in a similar contract furniture environment.• Familiarity with major commercial furniture manufacturers (experience with Kimball is a plus).• Experience with AutoCAD and CET design software is a plus!• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines.• Proficiency in Outlook and Adobe (or similar PDF software) with the ability to make edits and comments.• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.• A strong desire to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.• Experience in project coordination or order entry is an additional advantage.• Ability to support a work-from-home setup, with your own PC/laptop.• Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload.What We Offer:• Competitive Pay and Benefits.• 100% remote work with an emphasis on flexibility and work-life balance.• A collaborative and dynamic environment where your contributions will have a visible impact.• Cross-functional exposure to various departments and global clients.About Bold Business:Bold Business is a US-based global business process outsourcing (BPO) firm with over 25 years of experience and $7B+ in client engagements.
