This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Indiana (USA)POSITION SUMMARY:The Pharmacy Shipping Associate is responsible for packing and shipping prescriptions according to client specifications and is responsible for other duties assigned.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Perform routine and professional pharmacy functions.• Accurately pack and ship prescription orders for Eagle Pharmacy in a timely manner.• Responsible for stocking freezers with gel packs.• Follow all procedures and pack-out processes when shipping an order.• Respect and follow HIPAA and privacy law guidelines, and any other local or federal laws.• Follow and aid in enforcement of all company policies and procedures.• Perform Quality Assurance checks on automated technology specific to pharmacy equipment and shipping requirements• Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work site.• Responsible for keeping an adequate stock of boxes and supplies at shipping station.The above duties are meant to be representative of the position and not all-inclusive.MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:• High School diploma or equivalent• One (1) year of logistics experience• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English languagePREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:• One (1) year of previous pharmacy experience with exposure to fulfillment of prescription ordersKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:• Ability to lift 20lbs• Ability to work in a standing environment• Ability to communicate effectively, patiently, and courteously• Ability to perform repetitious work accurately• Ability to handle multiple activities or interruptions at once.• Ability to learn from a variety of techniques• Ability to follow established process flows• Ability to work effectively in highly stressful situations, exhibiting flexibility in changing situations• Attention to detail• Work independently with little supervision and meet daily expectationsPHYSICAL DEMANDS:• Location of job activities 100% inside• Noise and / or vibrations exposure• Reaching (overhead), handling, and feeling• Stand, bend, stoop and sit for prolonged periods of time• Lift, carry, and move up to 50 poundsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.This offer from "Virtual Employee Services" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 0% flex score.
