Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBishop & Company is seeking highly skilled and customer-focused Overnight Customer Service Representatives for a 12 month temporary opportunity with a large local company. The Overnight Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling emergency outages and providing exceptional support to our client's customers during late-night hours.The Overnight CSR will transition to a remote opportunity after the completion of in-person, daytime training.
