We are also a CVE Numbering Authority - a US Department of Homeland Security-sponsored program that helps MITRE validate new vulnerabilities and expedite their entry into the National Vulnerability Database.Job SummaryThe Human Resources Manager is a critical position to assist the Chief Human Resources Officer to grow the CSW team! The role will be responsible for recruiting for a rapidly growing diverse team in the United States for technical and non technical hires. The role will help our employees with their payroll and benefit questions as well as manage our PEO service provider.QualificationsNecessary qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree preferred.• 3-5 years of Full Desk Recruitment• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport within department• Problem solving skillsDesirable qualifications:• SHRM certification a plus• Experience recruiting technical/engineering positions• Experience working in startup environmentDuties and responsibilities• Coordinates recruitment efforts to attract qualified candidates to fill openings within an appropriate time frame.• Maintains Applicant Tracking System and postings to ensure we attract qualified applicants• Mines candidates through systems and weekly reports• Sources passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed and various college tools such as Handshake• Monitors and updates list of vacant positions for hiring leaders on a weekly basis• Maintains ongoing communication with Department Managers and Directors to ensure accuracy of open positions and alignment• Reviews and screens applications including internal transfers for min. qualifications, salary discovery and cultural fit• Calculates salary, presents and negotiates offers• Serves as a CSW ambassador by attending community events, job fairs and school fairs and coordination for other CSW staff members to attend to help recruiting efforts• Manages HR processes and procedures (onboarding, personnel file maintenance, reporting, offboarding, engagement and performance management) for our U.S based employees and helps answer general HR questions for employees• Create and maintain policies and procedure up to date with ever change local, state, and federals laws• Assists with management of PEO for payroll and benefits for employees• Helps build the CSW culture with coordinating events to bring the global team together• Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
