While experience in 3D printers, solution-based sales, technology, or education/manufacturing is a plus, it is by no means necessary. Please use your cover letter to show us who you are and how you can contribute to our team.What You Will Be Doing• Learning about the range of 3D printing and digital manufacturing products and solutions available via MatterHackers.• Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone and making recommendations based on customer needs.• Creating quotes for potential customers, managing the purchase order process, and accurately tracking completed transactions using HubSpot, HelpScout, and our own quoting system.• Collaborating with other departments to ensure exceptional customer experiences.• Assisting and receiving training from a generous and supportive team of Account Managers and Sales Associates.
